Ethiopian Coffee Beans – Café ROGO


Grown in the Sidamo province of Ethiopia, this coffee comes from the high volcanic plateaus, offering ideal conditions for its development, with rich and fertile soils, a favourable climate and a high altitude (1,500 to 2,200 m).
Like 80% of the coffee produced in Ethiopia, this coffee is “natural”, as the beans are not washed after harvesting but are dried directly in the sun. This gives it a wilder and more pronounced flavour than so-called “washed” Arabica coffees.

Roasted in Saint-Igny-de-Vers in Beaujolais Vert
