Grown in the Sidamo province of Ethiopia, this coffee comes from the volcanic highlands, offering ideal conditions for its development with rich and fertile soils, a favorable climate and a high altitude (1500 to 2200m).

Like 80% of coffees produced in Ethiopia, this coffee is "natural" because the beans are not washed after harvesting but directly dried in the sun, which gives it a wilder and more pronounced taste than so-called "washed" Arabica.
