Its name does not refer to Christmas, but pays tribute to Noël, a former winemaker who has since passed away and who cultivated these Chardonnay plots.
The successor kept the plots and the grape variety, and chose to preserve his first name through this cuvée. A wine of heritage, elegant and sincere, carrying the story of a terroir and a man.
This dry white wine stands out for its freshness and liveliness. Subtle aromas of white fruit, such as pear and peach, are accompanied by a delicate floral touch. Its balanced, fruity and slightly mineral palate makes it an ideal companion for enjoying on its own or with seafood, grilled fish or fresh cheeses.
