Juliénas AOP 2024 – Château du Bois de la Salle – Cave de Juliénas Chaintré

Produced by Cave de Juliénas Chaintré, this cuvée reflects collective expertise, where the passion of the men and women of Beaujolais is expressed in every bottle.
The fruit of a terroir and a shared passion
This Juliénas is the result of a carefully controlled process:
- In the vineyards: the meticulous work of the winegrowers on granite and clay-schist soils, typical of the appellation, to achieve perfect ripeness of the Gamay.
- At the winery: the expertise of the oenologists, who ensure that the brightness of the fruit is preserved while bringing the structure and elegance characteristic of great crus. Each stage is part of a chain of expertise, guaranteeing a high-quality wine that remains true to its origins.
Tasting
- Appearance: intense, bright purple.
- Nose: rich and complex, dominated by notes of black and red fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant, raspberry) with subtle spicy touches.
- Palate: appealing and fleshy, offering beautiful substance, silky tannins and a remarkably fresh finish. A wine with character, both firm and balanced, expressing all the depth of Beaujolais.

Serve between 14 and 16°C to appreciate all its complexity.
