Ethiopian coffee beans – Café ROGO

Grown in Ethiopia’s Sidamo province, this coffee comes from volcanic highlands with rich, fertile soils, a favourable climate and high altitude (1,500 to 2,200 m).

Like 80% of Ethiopian coffee, these beans are “natural”: they are not washed after harvesting but dried directly in the sun, giving them a wilder, stronger flavour than so-called “washed” Arabicas.
