Produced by Cave de Juliénas Chaintré, this cuvée reflects collective expertise and the passion of Beaujolais growers in every bottle.

A Juliénas shaped by its terroir, shared passion and careful vineyard work:

• In the vineyard: meticulous work by growers on the granite and clay-schist soils typical of the appellation, to achieve perfectly ripe Gamay grapes.

• In the cellar: the expertise of the winemakers, who preserve the fruit’s brightness while adding the structure and elegance of great Crus. Every stage is part of a chain of know-how, producing a high-quality wine true to its origins.

Tasting

• Colour: intense, bright purple.

• Nose: rich and complex, dominated by black and red fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant, raspberry) with subtle spice notes.

• Palate: seductive and full-bodied, with generous substance, silky tannins and a very fresh finish. A characterful wine, both firm and balanced, expressing the depth of Beaujolais.

Food pairings:

• fine regional charcuterie boards

• mature cheeses (Saint-Marcellin, Comté). Serve between 14 and 16°C to appreciate its full complexity.
