Acacia honey is a classic favourite, and this artisan version from Beaujolais is a perfect example. Thanks to the expertise of Le Rucher du Marcel in Odenas, it retains its famous fluidity for a very long time, making it an ideal everyday honey.

Its colour is very pale, almost translucent yellow, with a subtle aroma of black locust blossom (the botanical name for acacia). On the palate it is smooth and gentle, with no acidity and discreet vanilla notes. Unlike more strongly flavoured honeys, its natural sweetness does not mask other flavours, making it perfect for drizzling over yoghurt or fromage blanc, or for enhancing pastries without overpowering their aromas.

Each jar is produced using cold extraction, ensuring a pure, authentic product that reflects the beekeeper’s commitment to outstanding local quality.
