Detailed description

Spring honey is a local treasure harvested in May from the estate’s various apiaries across Beaujolais. These different sites allow the Odenas beekeeper’s bees to create a unique bouquet, blending the vitality of wildflowers with the delicacy of fruit trees.

This honey has a pale colour and very fine crystallisation, giving it a smooth, almost melting texture. It is sweetness at its best: with no bitterness, it develops fresh, slightly fruity notes. Its perfect consistency on a spoon makes it especially popular at breakfast or for gently sweetening a hot drink without masking its flavour.

Produced using traditional methods, this honey is never heated during extraction, preserving the full aromatic richness of Beaujolais flowers. An authentic product that captures the gentle transition from winter to the warmer days.
